Technology Upgrade Coming Soon – What You Need to Know

We’re upgrading our core systems to serve you better! Please review the important information below so you're prepared for the upcoming changes.

Upgrade Date

  • Scheduled for: September 30, 2025 Closing at 1:00 pm

  • Duration: Reopen October 2

  • Branch Status: The credit union will be closed during the upgrade, responding only to urgent emails.

What’s Changing?

  • Online Banking: All users will need to re-enroll as new users after the upgrade. Step-by-step instructions will be provided closer to the upgrade date.

  • Mobile App: A new app will be required. The current app is not compatible with the new system.

  • Bill Pay:

    • Bill Pay will be unavailable during the upgrade.

    • Members will need to re-enter all Bill Payees after the upgrade.

    • Alternative payment options include: in-person, by mail, or through another financial institution.

    • Late fees will be waived for any payments affected by the transition.

Account Access During the Upgrade

  • Online/Mobile Banking: Not accessible

  • ATM Access: Available, but limited to $250/day

  • POS Transactions: Limited to $500/day

  • Bill Pay: Not accessible
