What We Need From You
Action Required for Online Banking, Bill Pay, & eStatements
Online Banking
Now that the upgrade is complete, all users will need to enroll or re-enroll as new users to access Online Banking. Once you have enrolled in our new online banking system, we ask that you verify that all of your information is accurate and up to date.
The upgraded online platform now features:
A fresh & modern look
Enhanced tools
Smoother navigation across all devices
Bill Pay Service
Please note that Bill Pay was unavailable during the upgrade period. Now that the new system is live, members will be required to re-enter all existing Bill Pay payees.
We understand this is an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to continue bringing you an improved online banking experience.
eStatements Enrollment Required After October 1st, 2025
Due to the upgrade, all members that were enrolled in eStatements were temporarily transitioned back to paper statements. To continue receiving eStatements, you will need to re-enroll in eStatements starting October 1 via online banking.

ACH Processing
During the upgrade, some ACH deposits may have posted incorrectly. We ask that you please verify all of your ACH deposits were correctly distributed and let us know of any discrepancies you notice. Should you come across any transactions that seem unfamiliar or that you don’t recognize, please contact us right away.
